PACKERS AND COWBOYS GET INTO A HEATED ON-FIELD CONFRONTATION BEFORE SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL EVEN BEGIN

The Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys are set to kick off for Week 6’s “Sunday Night Football” matchup. Leading up to the contest, it appears the two teams got into a little tiff before the game could even start.

Both the Packers and Cowboys were seen exchanging heated words with one another in one of the end zones. Players were separated by officials before anything could get out of hand. Ultimately, both sides went their opposite directions to continue the pregame before kicking off at 8:20 p.m. EST.

The Packers are aiming to advance to a 4-2 record after starting the season a bit rocky. Jordan Love and the offense got things rolling in Week 5 against the Chicago Bears, stomping their divisional rival 31-7 with Caleb Williams unavailable. It was the type of win that could certainly give Green Bay the momentum.

As for the Cowboys, the franchise is coming off an embarrassing 24-16 Week 5 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It brought a ton of attention, not just to the roster, but to the coaching staff, front office, and ownership. The club hired former head coach Mike Pettine to assist with the defence in an advisor type of role.

We’ll see how this “Sunday Night Football” matchup plays out, though. The Packers hope to take advantage of the Cowboys’ questionable defense in this one to earn another big win. Dallas has an opportunity to right the ship by pulling off a victory against a Green Bay team trending in the right direction.
